Two Dumbbells and the Truth
A simple practice to come back into your body
Most people know me through music, but for the past decade, I’ve been visioning this experience, and I’ve finally created the space, bandwidth, and guts to bring it to life. :)
Two Dumbbells and the Truth is a gentle movement and mindfulness class built around stretching, breath, light dumbbells. music, stillness, and simply being more present in the body we’re living in.
It’s not about fitness as much as it is about waking back up inside the body.
We arrive everywhere in life in a body, and somewhere along the way many of us stop really inhabiting it. This class is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, move, stretch, and simply notice what it feels like to be here.
No pressure. No performance. Just movement, music, awareness, and the truth of being human together. This class is an invitation to explore that with me.
Classes begin June 1 at CSL Reno.
“I’m grateful you found your way here. Take a breath, take a listen, and make yourself at home.” - Gary

G-Flo & The Tribe
Gary Lynn Floyd skillfully straddles the cosmic intersection of contemporary Kirtan and modern praise. In Floyd’s world, the serene hum of a sacred “Om” inspires spontaneous dance and joyful unity. With an engaging and unassuming spirit, his melodies mix introspective yoga vibes with feel-good Sunday energy, G–FLO & THE TRIBE reminds us that spirituality transcends boxes, and music can connect us to our shared humanity.
Song Circle
Join me for our monthly Song Circle in Reno - a laid-back, heart-opening space to sing simple chants, breathe together, and remember who we are. We gather the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7 pm in the chapel at Center for Spiritual Living Reno. You don’t have to be a singer to be here - just bring your voice, your vibration, and a willingness to let the music open your heart.
